甲巯丙脯酸(captopril)是一种口服的血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂,对各种类型的高血压病例都有良好的降压作用。作者报道10例使用标准治疗未奏效的高血压病人单用甲巯丙脯酸,或与β-肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂、利尿剂合用的疗效。
Captopril, an oral angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, has a good antihypertensive effect on all types of hypertension. The authors report the efficacy of co-administered captopril alone or in combination with beta-adrenergic blockers and diuretics in 10 patients who did not work in standard care.
