本课题通过对国内外资本市场发展趋势和浙江省资本市场存在的问题及发展机遇的分析,着重就浙江地方资本市场的企业上市重组、投资主体培育、产权市场建设、中介服务体系完善、地方金融机构改革和专业人才队伍培养及加强资本市场监管等方面进行研究,提出对策建议。
By analyzing the development trend of domestic and overseas capital markets and the problems and development opportunities of capital markets in Zhejiang province, this research focuses on the listing and restructuring of enterprises in Zhejiang local capital market, the cultivation of investment subject, the construction of property rights market, the improvement of intermediary service system, Institutional reform and training of professional personnel and strengthening the supervision of the capital market research and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
