七十年代初,国内热电器件刚刚研制成功,器件在品种、质量方面都不甚成熟,性能、技术指标及工艺水平均较低。因而,当时研制的热电红外仪器,能形成批量生产的仅为非接触低温测温仪。其他诸如涤棉热定型控温仪、钢板位置监测仪、水泥窑炉温度检测仪等各种样机,均未达到批量生产。早期热电仪器及其应用,在文献中已有不少报道。近年来,国内在热电器件的高质量、多品种、低成本等方面作了不少努力,由TGS、铌酸锶钡发展到钽酸锂、PVF_2器件;由单元器件成熟地发展成双元、热电摄象管。依赖这些器件,研制成热电摄象仪、气体分析仪、红外报警仪等多种仪器。本文仅就近年可达批量生产的重要热电仪器的研制情况作一概述。热电仪器主要有以下几种。
