目的 :建立一个较好的能模拟人类滴虫性阴道炎的小鼠模型。方法 :将乳杆菌接种于动情期小鼠阴道内 ,然后将滴虫接种于该组小鼠及未作处理的对照组小鼠阴道内 ,定期收集、镜检 5 0 μl阴道洗液中是否有活动的滴虫 ,并且进行几种主要阴道菌群的培养。结果 :两组小鼠的最初感染率相似 (6 0 %~ 70 % ) ,但乳杆菌接种组小鼠表现出了长久的感染性。乳杆菌的加入没有引起小鼠阴道菌丛的显著变化。结论 :可以通过向小鼠阴道内植入乳杆菌 ,建立一个能模拟人类滴虫性阴道炎的小鼠模型。
Objective: To establish a better mouse model that can simulate human trichomonas vaginitis. Methods: Lactobacillus inoculated in the vagina of estrous mice, and then trichomoniasis inoculated mice and untreated control group of mice vaginal, regular collection, microscopic examination of 50 μl vaginal washings whether Activities of trichomoniasis, and the cultivation of several major vaginal flora. RESULTS: The initial infection rates were similar between the two groups (60% to 70%), but the mice in the Lactobacillus group showed long-term infectivity. Lactobacilli did not cause significant changes in mice vaginal flora. CONCLUSIONS: A mouse model that mimics human trichomonas vaginitis can be established by intravaginally implanting Lactobacilli in mice.
