选取由贮藏时间引起老化的蔓性千斤拔种子为试验材料,用浓度为3%、6%、9%、12%、15%的PEG处理老化种子,观察各处理的发芽指标和生理指标的变化。结果表明,随着贮藏时间的延长蔓性千斤拔的发芽指标呈逐渐下降的趋势;用3%~9%的PEG浸种均能提高种子活力及其幼苗的过氧化物酶(POD)活性和脯氨酸(Pro)含量,增强种子抗逆性,以浓度6%较好,可把贮藏360d种子的POD活性提高32%,Pro含量提高29.2%,发芽率提高12.8%。PEG对蔓性千斤拔种子的作用与种子本身的活力和使用浓度有关,随着PEG浓度的增加,种子发芽指标呈先升后降的趋势;浓度为6%的PEG对蔓性千斤拔老化种子活性恢复效果较好,若种子老化严重,即使使用PEG处理发芽率也较低,甚至不能应用于生产。
The seedlings of B. graminis seedlings aged from storage time were selected as experimental materials. The aged seeds were treated with 3%, 6%, 9%, 12% and 15% PEG, and the changes of germination and physiological indexes were observed . The results showed that the germination index of B. gracilis decreased gradually with the prolongation of storage time. Seedling vigor and seedling peroxidase (POD) activity and seedling survival were improved with 3% -9% PEG The content of Pro and the seed resistance were increased. The concentration of POD was 6%. The activity of POD in stored 360d seeds increased 32%, Pro content increased 29.2% and germination rate increased 12.8%. The effect of PEG on the content of seed and the activity of seed itself was related with the concentration of PEG. With the increase of PEG concentration, the seed germination index first and then decreased; the PEG with 6% Activity recovery is better, if the seed aging serious, even with the PEG treatment germination rate is lower, and can not even be applied to the production.
