在超声塑料焊接中,常使用大尺寸超声工具头。为了形成均匀的焊缝,要求在超声工具头的辐射面上有均匀的位移振幅分布。本文提出了一种控制大尺寸超声工只头辐射面位移振幅分布的新方法,其装置如图1所示。在带有开槽的工具头上,在换能器驱动的一面再附加两个或更多个小的弹性部件,这些弹性部件的形状可以是等截面圆杆,也可以是变截面杆件。附加的弹性部件可视为作用于超声工具头的反作用力源,该力对工具头辐射面的振幅分布起适当的摄动作用。改变附加弹性部件的数目或形状,即可改变辐射面的位移振幅分布。
In ultrasonic plastic welding, often using large-size ultrasonic tool head. In order to form a uniform weld, a uniform displacement amplitude distribution is required on the radiating surface of the ultrasonic tool head. In this paper, we propose a new method to control the amplitude distribution of displacement of the radiating surface of a large-size ultrasonic head. The device is shown in Fig.1. On a slotted tool head, two or more small spring elements are attached to the transducer-driven side. The shape of these spring elements can be circular rods of constant cross section or variable cross-section rods. The additional elastic member may be considered as a source of reaction force acting on the ultrasonic tool head which perturbs the amplitude distribution of the radiation surface of the tool head in a perturbed manner. By changing the number or shape of the additional elastic members, the displacement amplitude distribution of the radiation surface can be changed.
