企业的财务管理是指通过一定的手段对企业的财产进行有效的管理,从而为企业在建设和发展的过程中提供良好的基础。其主要包括企业的资产管理、经营管理、投融资管理和综合管理等。随着我国经济建设脚步的逐渐加快,如何利用有效的财务管理方法对当代企业的财务进行管理,从而让当代企业在激烈的竞争中生存或者脱颖而出,是当前企业管理者的最重要的思考重点。本文通过对当前我国企业财务管理的现状做简要的分析,并有针对性地提出几点关于当代企业财务创新管理的办法,希望能为当代企业的财务管理做一点贡献。
The financial management of an enterprise refers to the effective management of the property of an enterprise through certain means so as to provide a good foundation for the enterprise in the process of construction and development. It mainly includes the enterprise asset management, management, investment and financing management and integrated management. With the gradual acceleration of China’s economic construction, how to use effective financial management methods to manage the financial affairs of contemporary enterprises so as to make the contemporary enterprises survive or stand out in the fierce competition is the most important reflection point of current enterprise managers. Based on the brief analysis of the present situation of China’s enterprise financial management, this article points out some suggestions on how to manage the financial innovation of contemporary enterprises, hoping to make some contribution to the contemporary enterprise’s financial management.
