本文介绍ＴＣＣＩＴＴ建议的电信管理网（ＴＭＮ）的结构和功能，并根据ＣＣＩＴＴ的相关建议分别对传输和交换设备与ＴＭＮ相连的接口作了描述，特别对传输设备监控的Ｑｌ、Ｑ２、Ｑ３接口作了较详尽的介绍。并比较了全省拟建的传输监控网与ＴＭＮ的结构，提出了对ＴＭＮ的看法。
This paper presents the structure and function of the TCCITT’s proposed Telecommunication Management Network (TMN) and describes the interfaces for the transmission and switching equipment to the TMN based on the CCITT recommendations. In particular, the Ql, Q2 and Q3 interfaces for transmission equipment monitoring are described A more detailed introduction. And compared the proposed transmission monitoring network and the structure of TMN in the province, put forward the view of TMN.
