跨学科研究模式因其在解决重大、复杂问题中显现出的良好效果,越来越受到科学界的关注和欢迎。但是跨学科研究在当下资源竞争以单学科为主的形势下,无论是项目还是奖励的评审都处于不利地位。跨学科研究在科技评审中表现出知识、体制、文化三方面不利因素。本文通过对三方面因素的分析,结合芬兰科学院对跨学科研究项目评审的调查和德国科学基金会的实践,提出针对项目的界定、项目申请书内容格式、同行评议专家的选择、会议评审的规则四方面进行改革,以克服跨学科研究项目评审中的困难和障碍。
The interdisciplinary research model has drawn more and more attention and welcome from the scientific community due to its good effect in solving major and complex issues. However, interdisciplinary research in the current resource competition in a single subject-based situation, both the project or reward assessment are at a disadvantage. Interdisciplinary research has shown unfavorable factors in three aspects: knowledge, system and culture in the review of science and technology. Based on the analysis of three factors and the Finnish Academy of Sciences' investigation of interdisciplinary research projects and the practice of the German Science Foundation, the paper proposes the definition of the project, the contents of the project application form, the selection of peer reviewers, the rules of conference review Reforms were conducted in four areas to overcome the difficulties and obstacles in the review of interdisciplinary research projects.
