笔者对50例18～65岁成人错畸形的患者进行了矫治。错类型以安氏1类错为主，其中散在间隙，深覆牙列拥挤为最多见。38例患者按期完成了矫治，疗程最短者2月，最长者2年余．随诊半年至5年未见复发。本文介绍了不同类型错的矫治方法，并讨论了成人正畸的特点及其牙周病的关系．
The author of 50 cases of 18 to 65-year-old adult malformed patients were treated. Wrong type to Angle 1 class error-based, which scattered in the gap, crowded crowded teeth for the most common. 38 patients completed the orthodontic treatment on schedule, the shortest course in February, the longest more than 2 years. No follow-up of six months to 5 years of recurrence. This article describes the different types of correction methods and discusses the characteristics of orthodontics and the relationship between periodontal disease.
