《小学英语新课程标准》指出学生在基础教育阶段应该学习和掌握包括语音、词汇、语法、功能和话题等五个方面的基础知识。因此,在英语学习阶段,语音学习必不可少。教师通过语音教学,使学生对原本陌生的单词、句子、文本,慢慢过渡至熟悉、掌握,最终教会学生正确流利的发音,以达到能正确听懂他人表达及表述自己的水平,进而促进读写能力的发展。但近年来,语音教学的效果却不尽如人意,在口语考试中尤为明显,学生读不准单词,不能流利朗读句子和表达自己想法的现象比比皆是。一是由于上级部门对语音的考核使得教师对平日的语音教学不够重视,只对课本语音内容进行备课授课,更多地侧重于词句文的灌输,而忽略了学生对语音的需求,殊不知教师对语音教学的忽视潜移默化地影响着学生对语音学
