心率是目前最常用的运动负荷评价指标,通常将运动心率与目标心率进行比较。然而,心率实际上只反映了心血管系统对运动负荷响应的心脏节律信息,尚需更丰富的指标来获得心脏对运动负荷的动态响应。基于“静息-负荷”交替模式,本文从心电节律与心电波形指标中筛选对运动负荷敏感的指标,包含心率变异性时域参数(4个)与频域参数(4个)、心电波形形态相似性参数(3个)以及心电高频噪声强度(2个)共13个参数。研究表明,RR间期指标(心率指标)是运动强度实时监测的可靠指标,与负荷强度有较强的线性关系。心电波形相关性指标、心率变异性指标可辅助评价运动负荷。
Heart rate is currently the most commonly used exercise load evaluation index, the exercise heart rate and heart rate are usually compared. However, the heart rate actually reflects only the heart rhythm information of the cardiovascular system responding to the exercise load, and a richer set of indicators is needed to obtain a dynamic response of the heart to the exercise load. Based on the “rest-load” alternation pattern, this paper screened the indicators of electrocardiographic rhythm and electrocardiogram sensitivity to exercise stress, including four parameters of heart rate variability (time domain) and frequency domain (four) , ECG morphological similarity parameters (3) and ECG high-frequency noise intensity (2) a total of 13 parameters. Studies have shown that the RR interval index (heart rate index) is a reliable indicator of real-time monitoring of exercise intensity, and load intensity has a strong linear relationship. ECG wave-related indicators, heart rate variability indicators can assist in the evaluation of exercise load.
