应用扫描电镜,观察了皋丸、卵巢、肾上腺和甲状腺摘除后,家兔腰纤维环(LAF)胶原(?)纤维,细胞和蛋白多糖基质的形态变化。结果表明,各处理组分别影响LAF中的不同组织结构。胶原纤维的排列较疏松、无方向性以及粗细较不均匀等表现以皋丸摘除组最为明显,这可能与雄激素蛋白同化作用的减弱有关。甲状腺摘除组LAF的成纤维细胞和软骨细胞明显增大,表面有少量的蛋白多糖基质,提示了细胞分化程度的改变。卵巢和肾上腺摘除组LAF的蛋白多糖基质从团块状变成颗粒状,分布上也从不均匀交得较为散在,可能反映了它的聚合能力的改变。
Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe the morphological changes of collagen, fiber and proteoglycan matrix of rabbit lumbar ring fibrosis (LAF) after gonadectomy, ovary, adrenalectomy and thyroid removal. The results showed that each treatment group affected different tissue structures in LAF respectively. Collagen fibers loosely arranged, non-directional and non-uniform thickness and other performance Gaogan removal group most obvious, which may be related to the attenuation of androgen protein assimilation. The number of fibroblasts and chondrocytes in LAF of thyroidectomy group was significantly increased with a small amount of proteoglycan matrix on the surface, indicating the change of cell differentiation degree. The proteoglycan matrix of LAF in ovarian and adrenalectomy group changed from agglomerate to granule, and the distribution of the proteoglycan in LAF was more scattered, possibly reflecting the change of its polymerization ability.
