BT融资项目作为一项新型的投资建设模式在我国的发展仍处于起步阶段,由于发展时间短,很多企业在融资时对BT融资的运作模式掌握不够熟练。在BT融资项目中财务管理是整个项目中的关键环节,因此正确的财务管理是所有企业在BT融资起步时的关键点。本文即就BT融资的投资方式及建设项目管理的成本控制进行相应的财务分析。
As a new type of investment and construction model, BT financing project is still in its infancy in our country. Due to the short development period, many enterprises have not mastered the mode of operation of BT financing while financing.
