目的研究胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白7(Insulin-like growth factor binding protein 7,IGFBP7)及血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在人工流产(对照组)和早期自然流产患者绒毛和绒毛外滋养细胞(EVT)的表达水平,探讨IGFBP7及VEGF与早期自然流产的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法测定20例早期自然流产患者和20例人工流产患者绒毛及EVT IGFBP7及VEGF水平。结果早期自然流产患者绒毛及EVT IGFBP7水平较对照组明显增高,VEGF表达较对照组明显降低,两组比较IGFBP7及VEGF的表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),Pearson相关性分析显示EVT IGFBP7及VEGF的表达不具有相关性(P=0.44)。结论 IGFBP7表达上调,VEGF表达下调在早期自然流产中起重要作用,但二者的表达无明显相关性。
Objective To investigate the effects of Insulin-like growth factor binding protein 7 (IGFBP7) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) on human abortion (control group) and early spontaneous abortion Trophoblastic cells (EVT), explore the relationship between IGFBP7 and VEGF and early spontaneous abortion. Methods The levels of villus and EVT IGFBP7 and VEGF in 20 cases of spontaneous abortion and 20 cases of induced abortion were determined by immunohistochemistry. Results The levels of villus and EVT IGFBP7 in patients with early spontaneous abortion were significantly higher than those in control group, and the expression of VEGF was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The Pearson correlation analysis showed that EVT IGFBP7 and VEGF expression was not related (P = 0.44). Conclusion IGFBP7 expression is up-regulated. The down-regulation of VEGF expression plays an important role in early spontaneous abortion, but the expression of IGFBP7 is not correlated with it.
