采用离散元软件模拟单元空间内的颗粒存在体系,对旋转筒内搅拌混合过程中颗粒变化情况进行数值模拟,并以此为基础研究抄板对黑索金-铝粉(RDX-Al)混合效果的影响。考察抄板的长度、设置角度、添加个数以及填充率等对搅拌均匀程度的影响,并给出其最佳参数。根据研究结果,发现了当抄板的长度和旋转筒内半径的比值在0.4、抄板与旋转筒内壁的距离同旋转筒内半径的比值为0.2时,搅拌混合的效果最好。当装填量为40%,且加入的抄板量为4(或5)个的时候,搅拌混合效果最好。抄板设置的角度为75°时,搅拌混合的效果最好,本论文的研究结果将为现实工业生产中对RDX-Al的混合提供借鉴和指导。
Using discrete element software to simulate the existence of particles in the cell space, the numerical simulation of particle changes during the mixing process in the rotating drum was carried out.
