There have been some doubts as to whether Universal Serial Interface (USB) devices are really good, and we’ve finally found some positive evidence: Altec Lansing’s new ADA600 Digital PowerCube Surround System. We tested this later beta version of the $ 599 system that offers a true PC home theater in a single enclosure with features and features including stereo, Dolby ProLogic, and AC-3 5.1-channel decoding (DVD only); six speakers and a remote control.
