患者男性,44岁。无明显诱因反复上腹隐痛9个月,并放射至腰背部,每次发作持续数分钟至数小时不等。腹部B超示右中腹探及多个大小不等弱回声结节,最大11 cm×8 cm大小。腹部CT示右中腹部10 cm×7.6 cm大小软组织肿块,增强扫描边缘强化明显,中心呈低密度坏死区(图1)。
Male patient, 44 years old. No obvious incentive repeated upper abdominal pain for 9 months, and radiation to the lower back, each episode lasted for several minutes to several hours. Abdominal B-ultrasound showed right middle abdomen exploration and multiple sizes ranging from weak echogenic nodules, the largest 11 cm × 8 cm size. Abdominal CT showed soft tissue mass in the right mid-abdomen with a size of 10 cm × 7.6 cm. The edge of the enhanced scan was obviously strengthened with low-density necrosis in the center (Fig. 1).
