麻疹是由麻疹病毒引起的急性呼吸道传染病,随着计划免疫的实施,麻疹发病率大幅度下降,然而进入2008年后,象山县麻疹报告病例数明显增多,发病率达到近21年最高水平。为更好总结麻疹防治经验,实现2012年消除麻疹的目标,现将象山县2008年麻疹疫情分析如下。1资料和方法1.1资料来源
Measles is an acute respiratory disease caused by measles virus. With the implementation of planned immunization, the incidence of measles dropped significantly. However, after 2008, the reported cases of measles in Xiangshan County increased significantly with the highest incidence in nearly 21 years.
