人白血病相关蛋白16(LRP16)属于macro domain家族。它在生物的发育过程和肿瘤的发生、发展中起着重要作用。在多种雌激素及雄激素依赖性肿瘤中高表达。LRP16是ERα的共激活因子,可以增强多种核受体家族成员的转录活性,包括AR、GR、ERβ、PPARα、PPARγ等。在NF-κB的激活中也起着重要作用。本文对LRP16及与肿瘤的相关性进行介绍。
Human leukemia-associated protein 16 (LRP16) belongs to the macro domain family. It plays an important role in the development of biology and the occurrence and development of tumors. High expression in a variety of estrogen and androgen-dependent tumors. LRP16 is a co-activator of ERα, which can enhance the transcriptional activity of many nuclear receptor family members including AR, GR, ERβ, PPARα, PPARγ and so on.
