在近日中央确定的扩大内需、促进经济平稳较快增长的十项措施中,有六项涉及新增1000亿元中央投资。这1000亿元中央投资,主要用于加快民生工程、基础设施、生态环境建设以及自主创新和产业结构调整等。
Among the 10 measures recently approved by the Central Government to expand domestic demand and promote steady and relatively rapid economic growth, six involve an additional 100 billion yuan of central government investment. This 100 billion yuan of central government investment is mainly used to speed up people's livelihood projects, infrastructure and ecological environment construction as well as independent innovation and industrial restructuring.
