以煤液化残渣为原料,经过纯化、聚合、纺丝得到沥青纤维。对沥青纤维进行稳定化工艺条件研究,并在炭化过程中增加牵伸力。讨论了不同稳定化条件对沥青纤维增重、纤维表面形貌、断面形貌以及力学性能的影响。综合起来,对于直径约20μm的沥青纤维,最佳稳定化工艺条件:280℃,2~4 h,空气流量50 L/h,所得炭纤维断面形貌较为完善、拉伸强度和弹性模量最高。
