天津市卫生局组织卫生系统护理骨干,赴匈牙利赛梅维什大学开展学习与交流活动,旨在进一步提高护理人员综合素质和护理管理水平,活动采用授课、交流、讨论、参观等形式,了解匈牙利在护理理念、护理教学、社区护理及家庭护理、院内感染等方面的现状。通过学习,开阔了眼界,拓展了思维,特别在提升社区医院护理能力方面,得到了很多有益的启示。
Tianjin Municipal Health Bureau organizes the backbone of the health care system and goes to the Seminar in Hungary to carry out study and exchange activities aimed at further improving the overall quality of nursing staff and the level of nursing management. The activities are taught, exchanged, discussed and visited by Hungary. In the nursing concept, nursing teaching, community care and home care, nosocomial infections and other aspects of the status quo. Through learning, it has broadened horizons and broadened thinking. In particular, many useful enlightenments have been obtained in enhancing the nursing capacity of community hospitals.
