CA15-3(Carbohydrate antigen 15-3)为一类高分子量糖蛋白,分子量为290Kd。最早发现于乳腺癌细胞中。由癌细胞释放到血液循环中。主要用于乳腺癌、卵巢癌的检测和检查。1 资料1.1 试验对象 正常对照组30例(筛选妇科普查健康人群),乳腺良性肿物49例,乳腺癌病人106例,卵巢癌病人70例,所有病例均经影像学诊断及细胞学病理证实。1.2 实验方法 CA15-3采用双抗夹心酶免法。用生物素联结的单克隆抗体捕获抗体,以HRP标记的同一单克隆抗体为第二抗体,用链霉亲和素包被反应板。
CA15-3 (Carbohydrate antigen 15-3) is a type of high molecular weight glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 290 Kd. It was first discovered in breast cancer cells. Released from the cancer cells into the blood circulation. It is mainly used for the detection and examination of breast cancer and ovarian cancer. 1 Materials 1.1 Test subjects 30 patients in the normal control group (healthy population for gynecological screening), 49 benign breast tumors, 106 breast cancer patients and 70 ovarian cancer patients. All cases were confirmed by imaging diagnosis and cytology pathology. 1.2 Experimental method CA15-3 uses double anti-sandwich enzyme exemption method. The antibody was captured with a biotin-linked monoclonal antibody. The same monoclonal antibody labeled with HRP was used as the secondary antibody, and the reaction plate was coated with streptavidin.
