随着我国社会主义现代化建设和干部教育事业的发展,各级党委对党校工作越来越重视.根据党的十四届四中全会精神,为了进一步加强党的建设,去年以来,从中央到地方都相继召开了党校工作会议,这些会议对于推动党校建设起到非常重要的作用.笔者认为,要使中央和地方党委关于加强党校工作的指示全面有效地落实到基层,还必须根据本地区的实际,大胆探索改革党校系统管理的新方法.因此,建议制定《广州地区党校工作达标暂行规定》,使本地区党校工作纳入规范化和目标管理的轨道.
