目前已知我国蘑菇科(Agaricaceae)的食用菌有44种,分隶于8属,种数次于白蘑科(Tricholom-ataceae)、红菇科(Russulaceae)和牛肝菌科(Bo-letaceae)占第四位。该科中食菌种数最多、质味优良、经济价值大的是蘑菇属(Agaricus)。已知国产蘑菇属食菌28种。分布地区广泛的有:双环林地蘑菇(Agaricus pl-acomyces)、蘑菇(A.campestris)、白林地蘑菇(A.silvicola)、林地蘑菇(A.silvaticus)、野蘑菇(A.arvensis)、褐鳞蘑菇(A.crocopeplus)。此外还有白鳞蘑菇(A.bernardii)、大肥菇(A.bitor-quis)、大紫菇(A.augustus)、红肉蘑菇(A.hae-morrhoidarius)、紫红蘑菇(A.subrutilescens)和麻脸蘑菇(A.vllaticus),主要分布在北方草
