结合LX82A凝固特性以及连铸保护渣应满足的基本条件,分析了铸坯表面产生裂纹及凹坑的原因。对现行保护渣的成分和理化性能进行分析。结果表明,铸坯缺陷产生主要是由于保护渣理化性能不合理而导致铸坯润滑不良引起的。阐明了保护渣理化性能优化方向和思路,提出了适宜的保护渣熔点、粘度、熔速及碱度。对优化后的保护渣进行现场使用,工业效果良好,使铸坯表面质量得到明显改善。
Combined with the solidification characteristics of LX82A and the basic conditions that should be met by continuous casting mold flux, the causes of cracks and pits on slab surface were analyzed. Analysis of the composition and physical and chemical properties of the current mold powder. The results show that the slab defects are mainly caused by poor physical and chemical properties of the slag caused by poor lubrication of the slab. The physical and chemical properties of fluxes were clarified in the direction and idea of optimization. The suitable melting point, viscosity, melting rate and alkalinity of fluxes were proposed. The optimized mold flux for on-site use, good industrial effect, the slab surface quality has been significantly improved.
