封口胶条切割机是橡胶行业生产平胶带的主要设备之一。通常该机的刀片、刀辊为整体结构,刀片之间的间隔是根据所切胶条的宽度车削而成。在使用中存在两个问题:1.因刀片与刀辊为整体结构,刀片间隔不能调整,所以在使用范围上有一定的局限性。2.当刀刃磨损或“崩刀”时,只有更换刀辊整体,造成材料的浪费,增加维修费用。针对上述问题本人对该机刀辊结构进行了改进,改进后的结构如图所示。刀辊分为5部分:1 刀辊,2.隔圈,3.刀片,4.压紧螺母,5.键。使用中当所切胶条宽度变动时,只要更换
