德清县南路乡成校是浙江省成教战线上的佼佼者。早在1989年就获得了国家教委授予的“实施燎原计划”先进集体称号。1991年,为实施“燎原计划”,在乡政府支持下,乡成校承包了东山林场,使之成为乡教育改革的实验基地。目前,该实验基地有高山茶园70亩,杉木林基地100亩,新开发板栗、早元竹和毛竹等530亩。由于该地坡高林密、鸟类众多,茶园虫少土肥,很少治虫和施化肥,茶芽生长碧绿,茶叶芳香诱人。
