一、前言 3C船板在按企业标准“武控(板)1—86”生产的过程中暴露出两方面的问题:其一,内控C含量不尽合理,致使抗拉强度超高3%左右;其二,标准中某些性能指标偏高,导致热轧性能合格率难以达到应有的水平。本文在分析试行新内控成分生产的528批3C船板标准数据的基础上,提出了船板新企业标准,以供有关部门参考。
First, the foreword 3C ship board in accordance with the enterprise standard “Wu control (board) 1-86” in the production process exposed two issues: First, the internal control C content is not reasonable, resulting in high tensile strength about 3% ; Second, the standard of some high performance indicators, resulting in hot-rolled performance pass rate is difficult to achieve the desired level. Based on the analysis of the standard data of 528 batches of 3C shipbuilding plates tested and produced by new internal control components, this paper proposed the new standard of shipbuilding for the reference of relevant departments.
