Nowadays, in the name of community, the regional industries operated by the community are becoming more and more common. In the towns and cities across the UK, people are drawn to “community co-ops” to join them. These projects often involve the manufacture of renewable energy or the rehabilitation of basic public facilities by purchasing project stocks or bonds (that is, lending money to cooperatives for some time), and so on. There are many types of investment projects for community initiatives, such as installing solar panels on buildings in Bled and Bristol, building a tavern in Yorkshire, building a store on Shetland Island, and more. These are all investment projects that are open to small investors by community organizations. Investors are concerned about the transformation of the project and the investment return. Investments in the Community Initiative have been very effective, such as the reopening of the butcher’s arm tavern in Cumbria in August 2011, the opening of the Clevedon Community Bookstore in North Somerset, December 2011, 7 A community home was set up in Walthamstow in northeastern London on a monthly basis (joint venture to buy a house for cheap rent).
