本文在分析了管理及管理类课程特点的基础上,阐明管理类课程的教学应当围绕树立管理观念,传授知识及管理能力的培养为目的进行。借助学习模型比较分析了不同教学模式在学习内容的实践性、学习过程的交往程度及学习的自主程度三方面的差异,特别指出了案例分析教学模式对管理者能力培养的作用。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of management and management courses, this paper clarifies that the teaching of management courses should focus on the establishment of management concepts, imparting knowledge and training of management skills. With the aid of learning model, this paper compares and analyzes the different teaching modes in three aspects: the practicality of learning content, the degree of interaction in learning process and the degree of autonomy of learning, and especially points out the role of case-based teaching model in cultivating managers’ abilities.
