民歌生长的地方

荒塬、戈壁和草原是北方民歌的发源地,它的不衰,还要靠这些贴着地面呼吸的嗓音。民歌在时间深处孕育、成熟,然后,顺着这些卓越的嗓音,向远处流传。辽远、朴素、疼痛、隐忍、深情……这是我对一些西北民歌的印象,这些词后来准确地对应上了我在2000年3月中旬看见的陕北荒塬,以及西安以西数千公里铁路沿线的景象。爱上那些歌曲十余年后,我来到它们的故乡。

Wasteland, Gobi and grasslands are the birthplace of northern folk songs, it’s not bad, but also rely on these close to the ground breathing voice. Folk songs in the depths of birth, maturity, and then, along these remarkable voice, to the distant spread. Far, simple, pain, forbear, affection ...... This is my impression of some northwestern folk songs. These words later accurately corresponded to the barren plateau in northern Shaanxi I saw in mid-March 2000 and the thousands of kilometers west of Xi’an Railway Scene along the line. Ten years after falling in love with those songs, I came to their hometown.
