1.存在问题在苏共27大的政治报告和决议中,集中体现了党的加速苏联社会经济发展的总方针。作为苏联各方面生活转折的第12个5年计划,也应当成为组织图书馆事业、扩大和有效地利用图书馆潜力的转折点。
1. Existential issues In the 27 political reports and resolutions of the CPSU, they concentrated on the party’s general principle of accelerating the social and economic development of the Soviet Union. The 12th 5-year plan as a turning point in the life of the Soviet Union in all aspects should also be a turning point in organizing the cause of the library and expanding and effectively utilizing its potential.
