面临全省生产总值、固定资产投资、财政收入等主要经济数据负增长态势,辽宁经济发展方式转变刻不容缓。本文就目前经济形势对辽宁发展存在的隐性问题进行了分析,从经济增长动力、市场化程度、科技成果转化及转变思想等方面提出了新常态下辽宁经济发展路径的可行性建议。
In the face of the negative growth of major economic data such as the GDP, fixed asset investment and fiscal revenue in the whole province, the transformation of Liaoning’s economic development mode is imperative. This article analyzes the implicit problems existing in the current economic situation in Liaoning and puts forward the feasibility of Liaoning’s economic development under the new normal from the perspectives of economic growth momentum, marketability, transformation of scientific and technological achievements and changes in thinking.
