目的了解太湖地区市售饮用水中微囊藻毒素-LR(MC-LR)含量水平。方法从市场上购买饮用水作为样品,并以自来水、运河水、太湖水为对照,采用间接性竞争酶联免疫吸附法测定其MC-LR含量水平。结果80份饮用水中MC-LR含量水平在50~88ng/L范围内,自来水、运河水、太湖水中MC-LR含量水平范围分别为52~71、311~557和617~3033ng/L。结论无锡地区饮用水中MC-LR检出率最高,常州次之,苏州最低;纯净水和其他水中MC-LR的检出率差异无统计学意义。
Objective To understand the levels of microcystin-LR (MC-LR) in commercial drinking water in Taihu Lake. Methods Drinking water was purchased from the market as a sample, and tap water, canal water and Taihu Lake water were used as controls, and the level of MC-LR was measured by indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of MC-LR in 80 drinking water samples ranged from 50 ng / L to 88 ng / L. The levels of MC-LR in tap water, canal water and Taihu Lake water were 52-71, 311-557 and 617-3033 ng / L, respectively. Conclusion The detection rate of MC-LR in drinking water is the highest in Wuxi, the lowest in Changzhou and the lowest in Suzhou. The detection rate of MC-LR in pure water and other water is not statistically different.
