目前所用的防治疗甲基汞中毒的药物大多数对孕妇和胎儿造成不良影响[1,2,3]。甲基汞的毒性主要在神经系统[4]。现已证明甲基 B_(12)及 VB_(12)对中枢神经系统损伤有明显的修复作用[5,6],且二者均为人体必需营养素,且毒性极低。为此,我们研究了甲基 B_(12)及 V-B_(12)对孕鼠及胎仔体内甲基汞含量的影响。材料和方法
Most of the medications currently used to treat methylmercury poisoning have adverse effects on pregnant women and fetuses [1,2,3]. Methylmercury is mainly toxic in the nervous system [4]. Methyl B 12 and VB 12 have been shown to repair central nervous system damage [5,6], both of which are essential nutrients in the body and have very low toxicity. To this end, we studied the methyl B_ (12) and V-B_ (12) on pregnant rats and fetal body methylmercury content. Materials and Method
