作者认为，股权流转对促进乡镇企业经营机制的完善、建立新的融资渠道等具有重要作用。本文从股权流通试验的总体思路及具体做法方面介绍了山东省淄博市进行的股权流通试验。并对经过几年实践的股权流通取得的初步成效及存在的问题进行了分析。
The author believes that the transfer of ownership plays an important role in promoting the improvement of the operating mechanism of township enterprises and establishing new financing channels. This paper introduces the general circulation and practice of equity circulation test in Zibo, Shandong Province. And after several years of practice of the circulation of shares obtained the initial results and the existing problems were analyzed.
