在改革开放的新形势下,我国煤矿企业中对离退休职工进行思想政治工作,成为离退休职工永葆先进性的重要基础。就目前而言,煤矿企业由于受到社会诸多因素的影响,在近年呈现出不景气的现象。但是,在集团公司的精细化管理下,各个部门的工作制度明确,运行制度良好,并且在离退休职工的思想政治工作上制定良好的运行模式,从根本上促进煤矿企业离退休职工思想政治工作的发展。
