对３７ 例经多次后鼻孔填塞止血失败的顽固性鼻出血患者，在Ｘ线监视下行超选择栓塞责任血管或颈内动脉瘤、动—静脉瘘口，结果全部栓塞成功，仅１例出现并发症。认为血管内栓塞术是一种安全、有效的止血方法；熟练的操作技术和超选择栓塞是预防严重并发症发生的必要措施。
Thirty-seven patients with intractable epistaxis who failed to stop the hemostasis after multiple nostrilial embolization underwent ultra-selective embolization of vascular or internal carotid aneurysm and arteriovenous fistula under X-ray monitoring. All embolization was successful, and only 1 patient developed complications disease. Endovascular embolization is considered a safe and effective hemostasis method; skilled operation and superselective embolization are necessary measures to prevent serious complications.
