近年来,我国的经济发展迅速,建筑工程行业也迎来了前所未有的发展机遇与挑战。对于施工企业来说,整个工程项目管理的核心任务之一就是施工管理,它是保证施工安全和施工质量的重要基础,更是企业管理的水平高低的直接体现。本文阐述了施工管理的必要性,探讨了建筑工程施工管理的主要工作及其应对措施,并为提高施工管理水平,提升建筑工程经济效益和社会效益提出了一些建议。
In recent years, China’s rapid economic development, construction industry also ushered in the unprecedented opportunities for development and challenges. For the construction enterprises, one of the core tasks of the entire project management is construction management, which is an important foundation to ensure construction safety and construction quality, and is also a direct manifestation of the level of enterprise management. This article elaborates the necessity of construction management, discusses the main work of construction management and its countermeasures, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the construction management level and enhance the economic benefits and social benefits of construction projects.
