我们知道,合资企业是由两个或两个以上合营者共同投资、共同经营、共负盈亏的企业,正是这一特性,使得许多企业家乐于采用这种经营方式,但合资企业难于管理,不稳定率、失败率都较一般企业高。任何一个合资企业,都很难长久维持合资经营,许多合资企业在最初的合资协议中就规定有经营期限。合资企业最终必然会终止合资经营,解体或者转变成一般的股份公司,这是合资企业发展的必然趋势。
We know that a joint venture is an enterprise that is jointly invested, jointly operated, and jointly owned by two or more joint ventures.
