本文是对内燃机凸轮-挺柱副不稳定状态承载弹性流体动力润滑(简称动态弹流润滑或动态EHL)油膜厚度和其他润滑参数的计算及其润滑性能分析研究的继续。作者试图用电容法直接定量地测量内燃机凸轮-挺柱之间动态弹流润滑油膜厚度,并设计了专门的测试装置和先进的测试系统。测试的结果与理论计算值对比后,证明作者的这套测试装置和测试系统是可行的,为今后进一步提高测试精度和开展这方面的研究提供了初步的试验依据。
This article is the continuation of the calculation and lubrication performance analysis of the elastohydrodynamic lubrication (dynamic EHL or dynamic EHL) film thickness and other lubrication parameters of the unstable cam-lifter pair internal combustion engine. The author attempts to directly and quantitatively measure the thickness of the dynamic elasto-elastohydrodynamic oil film between the cam and the tappet by using the capacitance method, and designs a special test device and an advanced test system. The results of the test are compared with the theoretical ones to prove that the author’s set of test equipment and test system are feasible and provide preliminary experimental basis for further improving the test accuracy and carrying out research in this field in the future.
