建立一个模拟晶粒生长过程的三维计算机模型.利用该模型可以方便地模拟不同条件下的晶粒生长过程.对不同温度、体积分数和激活能条件下的生长过程进行了模拟运算,结果表明:三维粒尺寸r随时间t演化的生长过程满足关系r-t~1/n,n的值约为6.该模型的计算机模拟对纳米相生长动力学等实验具有一定的理论预见和指导意义。
Establish a three-dimensional computer model that simulates grain growth. The model can be used to simulate the grain growth under different conditions. The simulation results show that the growth of three-dimensional grain size r with time t satisfies the relationship r-t ~ 1 / n, and the value of n is about 6. The computer simulation of the model has certain theoretical predictions and guiding significance for the experiment of nanophase growth kinetics.
