以心肌肌钙蛋白1放射免疫分析法(CTn-IRIA)测定急性心肌梗塞(AMI)35冽,非心肌梗塞(NMI)60例和正常健康人37例血清CTn-I的浓度,结果AMI组4.06±0.09ug/L(±s)明显高于后两组(P<0.01),正常组为2.04±0.13ug/L,单侧95%可信上限界为3.35ug/L,以>3.35ug/L为阳性.AMI组阳性率为94.3%,骨骼肌损伤18倒无1例阳性。提示CTn-I特异地存在于心肌中。按林氏推荐的公式[1]评价本方法对AMI的诊断价值阳性结果为90.41%,阴性结果为99.04%,准确率达92.15%,且CTn-I在AMI一周内为阳性。
