军队医院向社会开放后,如何坚持“面向部队”的军队卫生工作新方针,抵制“一切向钱看”等不正之风的影响,是一个亟待解决的、事关办院方向的大问题。广州军区第一总医院自1984年年底以来,结合整党,深入学习总部颁发的军队卫生工作新方针,狠抓端正业务工作的指导思想,正确运用经济方法,加强医院科学管理,较好地坚持了“面向部队”的服务方向。现将他们的做法和体会介绍如下。 1.向社会开放,必须正确处理为部队服务和为地方群众服务的关系,自觉地把前者摆在首位。
