首先给出了煤泥清挖机的新型结构,集料槽内布置对称集料螺旋,集料槽中间安装输送螺旋,采用了集料与输送配套的连续输送方式,效率高、适应性强。利用ANSYS软件对螺旋集料轴进行了有限元分析,给出了2种不同叶片截面下的应力分布图,并总结了不同螺距、不同填充系数对螺旋叶片应力场的影响规律,为煤泥清挖机及其类似设备的设计制造提供了理论依据。
First of all, a new structure of slime digging machine is given. The symmetrical aggregate spiral is arranged in the aggregate tank, the conveying screw is installed in the middle of the aggregate tank, and the continuous conveying method of aggregate and conveying is adopted, which has high efficiency and strong adaptability. The finite element analysis of spiral aggregate axis was carried out by using ANSYS software. The stress distributions under two different blade cross sections were given. The influences of different helical pitch and different filling factors on the stress field of spiral blade were summarized. Digging machine and its design and manufacture of similar equipment provides a theoretical basis.
