课题组通过问卷调查,在了解宁夏高等职业教育师资队伍现状的同时,结合宁夏经济发展和职业教育教学改革需要,指出宁夏高等职业教育师资队伍建设存在的主要问题,并就未来建设提出对策建议。
Through the questionnaire survey, the research group not only understands the status quo of Ningxia higher vocational education faculty, but also points out the main problems existing in Ningxia higher vocational education faculty construction combining with the economic development and the teaching reform in Ningxia and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for the future construction.
