改革深化使投资主体向多元化发展,工程造价管理与投资主体和承包商的经济利益越来越紧密相关。目前市场竞争日趋激烈,项目获利空间也越来越小,工程造价在一个项目中担当的角色也越来越重要,有时候项目的盈利与否、利润的多少都与工程造价密切相关,因此企业也越来越重视项目的造价管理。文章结合多年实际工作经验,以我司承包的电站项目为例,对目前总承包单位在项目实改革施过程中造价管理存在的问题进行了具体的分析,并就相应的控制措施提出自己的看法和改进建议。

Combined with years of practical work experience, this article takes the power plant project contracted by our company as an example to conduct a concrete analysis on the existing problems in the cost management of the general contracting unit in the process of actual project reform and put forward my own views on the corresponding control measures And suggestions for improvement.
