许多老师一旦暂时离开了教学一线来参加培训学习,就会感到茫然疑惑,因为他们总惦记着考试的那张网,大凡面对所培训之内容都会不自觉地问一下,这对考试有帮助吗?更直白地说就是把培训学习里的理论之提升、知识之拓展、视野之开阔等所获都转而持续地问自己:这与考试有关吗?我想,现行教育制度下的“考试”这一张网不但网住了老师的身体,也网住了老师的思想。教师有机会走出自己的狭小世界、进入校园培训,这是国家对教育的重视。这本是教育
